Job Description:

Head – Technology, Network Engineering & Systems

Role Purpose

Own the strategy, architecture, engineering, deployment and lifecycle management of the Broadband/ISP network, ensuring scalable, resilient, cost-efficient and customer-centric connectivity. The role should translate business growth plans into network capacity, architecture and technology roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
- Network Strategy & Architecture
- Define the 3–5 year network technology roadmap aligned with business and subscriber growth.
- Own architecture across Core, Aggregation, Access, IP/MPLS, GPON/FTTH, Wi-Fi, DNS and Internet Peering.
- Drive network modernization, automation and virtualization.
- Network Engineering & Capacity Planning
- Design and engineer recent network expansions and upgrades.
- Capacity planning based on subscriber growth, traffic patterns and bandwidth consumption.
- Ensure scalability, redundancy and optimal network utilization.
- Network Transformation
- Drive network automation, observability and AI/analytics-led network management.




- Establish architecture and engineering standards for high availability.
- Partner with Customer Experience, Care and Operations teams to eliminate network-related complaints.
- Ensure network architecture incorporates cybersecurity, DDoS protection, access controls and regulatory requirements.
- Technology & Vendor Management
- Evaluate and select network technologies and strategic vendors.
- Manage OEM relationships and technical evaluations.
- Ensure network architecture incorporates cybersecurity, DDoS protection, access controls and regulatory requirements.
- Systems & Infrastructure
- Oversee Data centre, cloud, servers, storage and virtualization
- OSS/BSS infrastructure & Systems performance and capacity management
- API/integration layer and application architecture, Self-care/mobile app/web portals
