Job Purpose
Drive compliance objectives across assigned verticals by guiding channels within regulatory frameworks. Extract and apply analytical inputs to release periodic MIS reports for targeted customers.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Management
Drive compliance objectives by guiding channels and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines. Draft, approve, and operationalize processes for compliance across verticals.

MIS and Data Management
Extract and analyze CRILC, CRIF Highmark, and CIBIL data to prepare MIS reports. Tag accounts to MIS code owners and drive compliance activities through RMs.

Analytical Solutions and Automation
Develop platforms to automate monitoring of exempt and special-purpose accounts.



Apply analytical inputs to calculate exposure percentages and required actions.

Process Design and Execution
Design and execute monitoring processes for special-purpose accounts. Highlight exceptions and collaborate with asset verticals to ensure compliance.

End-to-End Compliance Monitoring
Monitor compliance objectives, address deviations, and inform stakeholders. Draft process notes, obtain approvals, and operationalize agreed processes.

Campaign Optimization
Refine processes by monitoring flagged account trends. Implement system changes to automate compliance processes.

Education:
MBA or Graduation with 4-6 years of experience.
