About Position:

The IT Endpoint JAMF Engineer will be responsible for the design, engineering, and operation of contemporary endpoint management solutions, with a strong focus on macOS-based enterprise environments. This role supports a global workforce and plays a key part in driving secure, scalable, and user-centric endpoint management using JAMF. The engineer will collaborate closely with security, development, and IT support teams to enhance employee experience, mobility, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

/n

/n
- Design, implement, and manage modern endpoint management solutions for macOS environments globally
/n
- Administer and optimize JAMF Pro and its components including Composer, Recon, Remote, Imaging, and dashboards
/n
- Create, test, and deploy application packages, patches, policies, and configuration profiles using JAMF
/n




- Manage Apple DEP and VPP programs to support automated device enrollment and app distribution
/n
- Operate, monitor, and support macOS endpoints for remote users using cloud-based management tools
/n
- Integrate certificates, certificate authorities, and distribution points into endpoint workflows
/n
- Provide advanced support to global IT helpdesk teams and ensure high first-call resolution rates
/n
- Collaborate with Security, Development, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams on endpoint initiatives
/n
- Support developers by understanding their tooling needs and recommending optimal endpoint solutions
/n
- Integrate third-party systems and applications into the macOS environment
/n
- Follow documented procedures and operate within a process-driven, highly regulated environment
/n
- Continuously improve endpoint performance, security posture, and user experience
/n
