About the Role

/n

Pentangle Tech Services is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive – US Staffing to join our growing business development team.

/n

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in US Staffing Sales / Business Development, with a proven track record of acquiring new clients, generating staffing requirements, building client relationships, and closing business.

/n

Candidates with experience in Engineering Staffing, Technical Staffing, IT Staffing, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, or other engineering-related domains will be highly preferred.

/n

This is a target-driven role requiring strong knowledge of the US staffing market, direct client acquisition, MSP/VMS programs, vendor management,



and staffing sales cycles.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

- Identify, prospect, and acquire new US-based clients for staffing and recruitment services.
/n
- Develop and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers, HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, Procurement teams, Vendor Managers, MSPs, and VMS programs.
/n
- Generate current business opportunities through:

- Cold calling
/n
- Email campaigns
/n
- LinkedIn outreach
/n
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
/n
- Networking
/n
- Referrals
/n
- Existing professional relationships
/n
- Identify companies with active hiring needs and convert them into qualified staffing opportunities.
/n
- Focus on acquiring direct clients and new logos across the US market.
/n
- Understand client workforce requirements and position Pentangle Tech Services' staffing solutions accordingly.
