What we're looking for

• 6+ years in B2B SEO, web growth, or CRO, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity

• Hands-on expertise with Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or Looker Studio

• Strong CRO background with A/B testing tools like Adobe Target, VWO, Optimizely, or Convert. You understand statistical significance and don't call wins early

• Experience with targeting and personalization platforms (Clay, 6sense, Demandbase, or Adobe Target)

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how JavaScript frameworks affect crawlability

• Comfortable with Asana and/or Jira and sprint-based execution

• Excellent written English and a documentation-first communication style

• Demonstrated experience sustaining US overlap hours from India

Nice to have

• Exposure to up-to-date AEO, GEO, or LLM-driven SEO strategies

• Past experience in cybersecurity, data infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS
