Head - Finance Shared Services India

The role will cover finance processes for Alfa Laval India: General Accounting and audit, fixed assets, Accounts Payable, Concur expense audit, treasury.

Role Description:

The role reports directly to CFO India with dotted line to Global Head of Finance Shared Services. Works closely with central finance team on various aspects.

As Head - Finance Shared Services India you will have following key responsibilities:





Success in this role will be measured not only through service delivery excellence but also through demonstrable ownership, simplification, standardization, transformation and governance of finance processes.
The person will lead implementation process of D365 ERP for finance functional areas.

1. Financial Accounting, Reporting and Audit
- Deliver timely and accurate monthly reporting. Ensure adherence to and improvement in monthly closing timelines.
- Strengthen governance and internal controls over financial reporting processes such as manual journals, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reviews.
- Ensure accurate books of account and compliance with IFRS, local GAAP and group policies.
- Co-ordination for and timely closure of group audits and statutory audits with continuous improvement.

2. Procure-to-Pay Operations & Accounts Payable
- Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations.
