As Client continues to evolve its office spaces and employee‑centric technologies, you will be part of a transformative journey—helping enable greater flexibility, enhanced collaboration, and stronger connections for a global workforce of over 18,000 employees across more than 180+ countries.

As a System Engineer within Workplace Foundation Services, you will be responsible for designing, building, integrating, and operating digital workplace solutions. Your primary focus will be on Sensor Management and Reporting capabilities, enabling global office analytics that support improved space utilization and an enhanced employee experience across Client sites worldwide. Strong operational skills, including run, monitoring, and incident management, are essential for this role.

In addition, you will be expected to develop automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate, and deliver actionable insights and reports through Power BI, enabling scalable self‑service experiences, robust reporting, and end‑to‑end automation. Hands-on AI/ML experience is an added advantage.





2. Key Deliverables
- Power BI–based reporting and analytics capabilities
- Automation solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate etc.
- Robust operational expertise, including devices monitoring and lifecycle management
- Preparation of detailed Low‑Level Designs (LLDs)
- Operational readiness planning and execution
- Cloud risk assessments and compliance evaluations
- Data Transfer Impact and Risk Assessments
- Metadata preparation and standardization
- Validation and tracking of defined success criteria
- Deployment planning in collaboration with the Project Manager
