Description
The Relationship Manager – Emerging Markets will serve as the primary point of contact for our insurance partners across high‑growth regions. You will nurture existing relationships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet market needs.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective insurance clients in emerging markets.
- Identify and pursue current business opportunities to expand market share.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and product teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and performance reports to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
- Negotiate terms and conditions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives to improve client satisfaction.




- Track and report on key performance indicators and sales targets.
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide timely resolution of client issues and escalations.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in general insurance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
- Age between 25 and 40 years.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
