Job Summary

in Chennai.

Supports global learning operations, LMS administration, reporting, governance, and program execution processes to ensure an efficient and seamless learner experience.

What a typical day looks like:

Program Administration
- Manage enrollments, attendance tracking, evaluations, and communications.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for virtual and instructor-led programs.
- Maintain training calendars and program records.

LMS Administration




- Administer Workday Learning and other learning technologies.
- Create and maintain courses, learning plans, curricula, certifications, and learner assignments.
- Manage content uploads, updates, testing, and retirements.
- Troubleshoot learner and manager issues.

Learning Governance
- Maintain catalog standards, naming conventions, and learning records.
- Support content lifecycle and governance processes.
- Ensure compliance with established platform standards.

Reporting & Analytics
- Generate learning dashboards and reports.
- Monitor completion rates, certifications, and learner activity.
- Conduct learning data audits and quality checks.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with content owners, vendors, IT, and regional teams.
- Track support tickets and learning requests.
- Support implementation of current learning solutions and enhancements.

Process Improvement
- Streamline learning administration processes
