Job Description:
- Equipment Monitoring: Oversee plant machinery via gauges, dials, and computerized control panels (SCADA/HMI) to ensure optimal performance and identify process deviations.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform regular site inspections, lubricate moving parts, and conduct preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions or unusual vibrations, address mechanical issues, and assist maintenance teams with complex repairs.
- Quality Control: Collect material samples, conduct routine testing, and adjust machine settings to guarantee the final output meets strict quality standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA and local safety protocols, handle hazardous materials correctly, and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Documentation: Keep detailed digital or written logs of operational data, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
