Connect marketing and intelligence work to Scania's transport-solutions business: heavy trucks,

buses/coaches, power solutions, services, parts, aftersales, digital services and dealer operations.

• Translate customer and segment insight into value propositions based on uptime, total cost of

ownership, fuel/energy efficiency, driver and fleet productivity, service performance, safety,

sustainability and customer profitability.

• Support Scania's positioning in sustainable transport through communications and insights around

electrification, alternative fuels, low-emission solutions, charging ecosystem readiness, regulatory

trends and customer transition plans.

• Use CRM, connected-service information, customer satisfaction inputs, market research, sales

funnel data and competitor intelligence to shape business plans, market plans, sales priorities and

service growth opportunities.
