This role offers the opportunity to serve as a hands-on Workday functional expert supporting Core HCM and Talent solutions. You will help shape scalable HR technology solutions that improve employee and manager experiences across a global organization. The position combines deep Workday configuration expertise with strong business partnership and strategic problem-solving. You will work closely with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, IT, and business leaders to translate complex needs into effective system solutions. The role also plays a key part in reporting, analytics, release management, process improvement, and HR technology projects. This is an impactful prospect for an experienced HRIS professional to contribute to a connected, scalable, and future-ready HR technology environment

Accountabilities:
- Serve as a functional subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM, Talent,



Performance, Succession, Career, Skills, and related employee lifecycle processes.
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday solutions.
- Configure Workday business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, notifications, eligibility rules, and security-driven functionality.
- Manage Workday releases, feature adoption, regression testing, deployment activities, and related documentation.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and calculated fields while ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Provide HR and Talent leaders with workforce insights and reporting solutions that support informed decision-making.
- Partner with Talent Management, HR Business Partners, Compensation, HR Operations, and IT teams globally to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
