- Ensuring service standards are followed
- Managing inventory and ordering Food &Beverage; requirements on a regular basis.
- Making duty roster and manpower planning on a weekly basis.
- Maintaining proper inventory of CGS and stores.
- Briefing team about hygiene and mystery audit.
- Other duties as assigned
