Job Summary: This role is responsible for leading the technical execution and hands-on delivery of enterprise financial systems, specifically Workday Financials. You will collaborate with leadership to drive complex project enhancements and integrations while ensuring rigorous system governance and agile delivery. The position requires translating strategic priorities into scalable configurations and maintaining global financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of Workday Financials projects and enhancements.
- Act as a technical and functional Workday Financials specialist.
- Manage system integrations with other financial platforms.
- Ensure compliance with change management and SOX standards.
- Design and develop advanced financial reports and dashboards.
Must-Have Skills:
- Deep hands-on Workday Financials experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proven project leadership in financial systems
Industry Experience:
Experience with global enterprise financial systems and ERP implementations is highly preferred.
