Job Overview

Orbit Global HR Consultants, a leading interior design and recruitment agency in Delhi NCR, is hiring an experienced Project Head – Interior Fit-Out for a growing organization in the interior contracting and construction industry.

This is a senior project leadership position for an experienced professional who can take complete ownership of multiple interior fit-out projects across India—from project mobilization and planning through execution, quality control, commercial management and final handover.

The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in interior fit-out, turnkey interiors, hospitality/hotel interiors, commercial projects,



residential interiors or construction, with proven experience managing multiple projects, project teams, subcontractors, vendors and client relationships.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Project Head who can ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution
- Take overall responsibility for multiple interior fit-out projects from mobilization to final handover.
- Develop project execution strategies, schedules, resource plans and delivery milestones.
- Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of critical activities.
- Review project performance and implement corrective actions wherever required.
