As a Technical Lead Engineer, you will design, build, and operate distributed identity platforms leveraging up-to-date microservices architecture, cloud technologies, event-driven systems, and AI-assisted engineering practices.
This is a hands-on engineering role requiring solid technical depth, an ownership mindset, and the ability to contribute across the entire software delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities.
- Build secure authentication, authorization, entitlement, and customer access platforms.
- Develop scalable REST APIs and event-driven services.
- Deliver high-quality software using modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical design decisions.
- Work closely with product owners, architects, and security teams.
- Leverage AI engineering tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.




- Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.

Mandatory Skills
Backend Engineering
- 12+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Java 17+/21
- RESTful API design

Microservices & Architecture
Proven experience building:
- Cloud-native microservices
- Distributed systems
- High-availability platforms
- Event-driven architectures

Strong understanding of:
- Domain-driven design
- Design patterns
- API-first architecture
- Scalability and performance optimization

Identity & Security
Highly desirable experience across enterprise IAM platforms especially SailPoint and identity ecosystems.
Front-End Engineering
Strong experience with:
- ReactJS
- TypeScript
- JavaScript
- HTML5/CSS3

Experience integrating frontend applications with secure APIs and identity services.
Data & Messaging
Experience with:
- Kafka
- Event streaming
- PostgreSQL
- MongoDB
- Redis
