ABOUT THE ROLE

The Implementation Specialist acts as the final quality checkpoint before customer orders go into testing. The person in this role ensures that every order is complete, accurate, and ready — coordinating across teams, vendors, and workflows to make that happen.

This is a high-volume, detail-oriented role where the candidate will manage 50–100 tasks per day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Validate customer orders for completeness and accuracy before testing

Confirm equipment shipments for DIA and related services

Coordinate installations and manage scheduling and handoffs

Ensure correct routing of all requests per order requirements

Schedule and manage out-of-market orders with approved vendors

Track pending tasks and proactively follow up on prerequisite work

Manage a consistent daily workload of 50–100 tasks

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong attention to detail and can manage multiple workflows simultaneously

• Is comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting





• Is proactive in following up and ensuring tasks are completed end-to-end
