Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
- Create reusable automation components and frameworks for scalable solutions
- Develop and integrate custom components using C#, VB.NET, or .NET frameworks
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and design workflows
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimization of automation processes
- Deploy bots, monitor performance, and ensure production stability
- Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions
- Prepare technical documentation (PDD, SDD, test cases, deployment guides)
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and RPA best practices

Required Skills & Experience

Core RPA Skills
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
- Solid understanding of automation concepts (queues, exception handling, logging, scheduling)
- Experience in web, desktop, and Excel-based automation
