Position Overview
- Administer monthly AsiaPac & India payrolls as well as assist with monthly global payrolls as needed
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Reconcile payroll prior to acceptance
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting/closing process
- Assist Employee’s with the investment declaration & proof submission process
- Allocate/code global payroll invoices for payment
- Expert ability to deliver world-class customer service including responding to and assisting employees with payroll inquiries
- Assist with ad hoc projects and reporting as needed
- Provide monthly payroll report to accounting team for accounting purpose
- Define policies and procedures for end to end payroll process and ensure control over payroll documentation
- Partner with various HR specialists and functional teams on implementation of HR initiatives and projects related to the payroll.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 10 years of proven work experience in payroll
- International payroll experience required
- Experience with ADP Streamline and WorkDay
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize with strong attention to detail
- Experience in expat payroll and Stock options tax processing.
- Benefits experience preferred
- Knowledge of local Labor & Tax regulations
- Open and flexible to work in rotational shifts
- Strong computer proficiency especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written skills. Able to build and effectively manage relationships at all levels of the company
- A self-starter, with proven ability to work effectively in a team workplace, as well as independently
- High degree of professionalism; ability to deal sensitively with confidential information
