• Proficient with IT ticketing tools and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge about data backup processes.
• Experienced in managing IT assets.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to current technologies.
