The Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of relevant experience to build and enhance applications and tools that support our Quant, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Operations teams.
You will work closely with users to understand real-world problems, evaluate potential solutions,
and take ownership of implementation from design and development through testing, deployment, and post-deployment monitoring. You will build reliable, intuitive systems that improve internal workflows and support critical trading operations in a fast-paced environment.
This is a high-ownership role where you will contribute across the full development lifecycle:
Problem Discovery → Solution Design → Development → Testing → Deployment → Monitoring & Improvement
What You’ll Do
• Design, build, and maintain in-house web applications and software that support trading and business-critical workflows.
• Work closely with Quant, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
