The Senior Business Analyst will work within the Cybersecurity Operations and Intelligence team to drive delivery of a Target Operating Model (TOM), support the strategic direction of Cyber Operations and analyse, estimate, design, document, test, implement new system development and to assist in delivery of system enhancements.

Mandatory Skills
- Domain & Tech Core: Extensive business analysis experience in Banking/BFSI paired with hands-on exposure to Cybersecurity Operations, SOC, or Threat Intelligence frameworks.
- Strategic Architecture: Proven expertise in Target Operating Model (TOM) design, "As-Is / To-Be" process optimization, and complex structural process mapping.
- Agile & Software: Mastery of Agile Scrum/Protected delivery methods, writing Gherkin user stories,



and managing sprint backlogs inside Jira, Confluence, and MS Visio.

Desired Skills
- Certifications: Active professional industry credentials such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Practitioner, or ITIL Service Transition.
- Data & Automation: Proficiency with SQL data extraction, data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), and basic CI/CD or DevOps pipeline familiarity.

Architectural Standard: General knowledge of functional Banking Industry Architecture Network (BIAN) service domains or technical PCI-DSS/RBI compliance frameworks.
