Responsibilities
- Analyze geospatial datasets related to field services operations to maintain accurate maps of service territories work sites and infrastructure assets enabling better planning and coordination of on site activities.
- Maintain and update geospatial representations of hardware asset lifecycle stages including deployment maintenance and decommissioning to strengthen asset traceability and operational transparency.
- Develop and refine network inventory maps that clearly show device locations connectivity routes and capacity details to improve monitoring of network health and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with field services teams to interpret spatial patterns in incident reports work orders and maintenance logs driving data informed improvements in service coverage and response planning.
- Create transparent visualizations and map based reports that communicate network performance trends asset utilization and field service outcomes to stakeholders supporting timely operational decisions.




- Integrate data from hardware asset lifecycle management systems and network inventory tools into geospatial models to ensure consistency completeness and accuracy of operational insights.
- Perform spatial analysis to identify areas with recurring service disruptions hardware failures or connectivity gaps enabling targeted remediation and investment strategies.
- Validate incoming network and asset data against geospatial references to detect discrepancies missing records or outdated information reducing errors in operational planning.
- Document geospatial analysis methods data assumptions and mapping standards supporting repeatable processes and knowledge sharing within the operations team.
- Coordinate with networking specialists to translate technical network topology details into intuitive geospatial views that assist nontechnical stakeholders in understanding infrastructure layout.
- Support day to day office based operations by responding to mapping requests
