- 7+ years of hands-on SAP experience (S/4HANA, BTP ecosystem).
- Knowledge of BTP: subaccounts, entitlements, role collections, trust configuration, etc.; SAP HANA Cloud DB (schemas, HDI containers, SQL, data modeling); BTP access management (IAS, IPS, XSUAA, principal propagation); CAP (Cloud Application Programming) model or BAS (Business Application Studio).

AI / ML / GenAI Capabilities
- Valuable understanding of LLM concepts (prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning, tokenization).
- Hands-on or strong conceptual knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture.
- Experience or working knowledge of SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, and Document AI / Document Information Extraction.
- Familiarity with Joule / Joule Studio for AI agent development (or strong willingness to ramp up quickly).
- Exposure to Python for ML/AI, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).

- Design, configure, and manage SAP BTP landscape including subaccounts, entitlements, role collections, and security setup.
- Develop and maintain applications using CAP model / BAS and leverage SAP HANA Cloud for data modeling and persistence.
- Implement and manage BTP security & access management (IAS, IPS, XSUAA, trust configuration, principal propagation).
- Build and integrate solutions between SAP S/4HANA/ECC and external systems using APIs and BTP services.
- Design and implement AI/GenAI use cases leveraging SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, and Document AI services.
- Apply LLM concepts including prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning for business scenarios.
