Job Description:

Male candidate with pleasant personality, good communication skills, and computer knowledge and local market knowledge.

Work Experience: One to two years (FMCG is preferable)

Qualification: Any University Graduate or MBA

Special Skills, Mental or Personality Requirements:
- 2-wheeler license is necessary and 4-wheeler license is most favorable.
- Should have valuable communication skills, comfortable to work with team, punctual, polite to others, responsible and sincere towards his/her job.
- Computer skills like MS Excel & Power point.

- Languages known: English, Hindi & Local Language.

- Achieve assigned sales targets across designated regions.




- Supervise stock management and cold room operations.
- Develop and implement market strategies.
- Support the team in marketing and sales activities.
- Manage route sales.
- Negotiate with retailers.
- Track team performance and productivity to identify areas for improvement.
- Collect outstanding payments.
- Assist in conflict resolution and address day-to-day operational issues.
- Maintain records and the condition of company assets.
- Analyze sales data.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies and procedures.
