About the Role:
- Evaluate project estimates, budgets, tender documents, and contracts to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures against approved budgets, identify cost variances and commercial risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support procurement activities through BOQ preparation, bid evaluation, quotation review, and cost-effective contractor/vendor selection.
- Conduct site measurements and verify work progress, contractor claims, variations, valuations, cost reports,



and final accounts to ensure effective commercial management and project governance.

General Responsibilities
- Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets to support effective cost planning and control.
- Manage contractor billing, interim valuations, variation orders, and final account settlements in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to monitor costs, manage commercial risks, and support decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and commercial analyses to ensure effective budget management and cost control.
- Prepare cost reports, valuations, variation orders, and final accounts to support effective commercial management.
