change/release governance.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform delivery or enterprise TSOM &
TSM programs.
- Solid understanding of ITIL release, change, incident, and problem management
practices.
- Experience in complex transformation environments with multiple dependent releases.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional coordination
skills.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, workplace management, deployment planning, and
production readiness.
- Ability to manage multiple releases in parallel under tight timelines.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and issue/risk management capability.
