To apply you need to be:
- Accounting Background (B. Com/M. Com/MBA Finance)
- Prior experience of 6-8 years
- Ability to handle 8-10 team members
- Solid accounting knowledge, people management, communications, and interpersonal skills, and a keen learner
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel skills, e.g. Pivots, complex formulas, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and have ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships (internal and external) remotely
- Must be able to work under pressure and prioritize work assigned and work to adhere to tight deadlines
- An approachable personality and adept at managing and developing capability of team and act with integrity
- Knowledge of Real Estate Accounting and PMS (Property Management System) will be an added advantage
