Responsibilities

* Track asset movement, assignment, warranty, and maintenance data.
* Conduct periodic physical and automated inventory audits.
* Drive standardization for hardware procurement and disposal processes.
* Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance policies.
* Collaborate with IT operations, finance, procurement, and logistics teams.
Required Skills
* Hands‐on experience with process and policy implementation in both HAM and SAM areas.
* Strong understanding of license models, entitlements, and compliance.
* Experience with software audits and responding to vendor queries.
* Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery and HAM.
* Robust analytical skills to interpret usage and compliance data.
