Job Description
- 24x7 Support, lead the team, pro-active communication with client manager.
- Strong hands-on experience in Nagios, Moogsoft, Dynatrace, Splunk, Sentinel One, and Grafana.
- End-to-end ownership of Nagios Core monitoring, including host/service onboarding, custom checks, alert tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Development of custom Python plugins for monitoring, automation, alert validation, and operational reporting.
- Hands-on experience integrating Nagios, Dynatrace, Splunk, and Sentinel One alerts into Moog soft for centralized event management.
- Strong knowledge of Moogsoft event correlation, deduplication, enrichment, CI mapping, assignment group routing, and noise reduction.
- Automation of P1/P2 incident workflows, including severity-based escalation from P2 to P1.
- Experience in Grafana dashboard administration, including upgrades, troubleshooting, data source issues, bubble updates, and new bubble creation.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex monitoring issues across Linux, applications, logs, endpoints, dashboards, and event pipelines.




- Experience supporting critical production incidents, RCA, alert failure analysis, and monitoring gap identification.
- Robust understanding of observability, telemetry, event management, incident management
- Location # Bangalore / Hyderabad, but other location can still be considered if candidate is good
