OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
- Manage Development Center Engineering activities and resources

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that all Engineering DQC commitments are reached
- Manage, plan, supervise and report on workload, rates, overhead, etc. for Technology Center métiers
- Support Technology Center Director in daily operation
- Contribute to TIS technological roadmap definition, with support of Technology Center Métier Leaders




- Contribute to the definition and implementation of Core/Non-Core strategy
- Ensure, with the support of Technology Center Métier Leaders, that best practices are identified and shared within S&P;
- Ensure that TIS , Processes, methods & tools and instructions are applicable to Métiers
- Make sure new processes are successfully introduced in Métiers with KPI
- Manage and develop engineering resources in conformance with S&P; footprint strategy
- Manage competencies and expertise development plans with the support or HR
- Contribute to Development Center Capex definition and implementation

Qualifications & Skills:

EDUCATION
- Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication / Electrical
