Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end R2R processes, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Monitor daily/weekly dashboards to ensure adherence to SLA/KPI
- Act as a key point of contact for client finance teams, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage escalations and proactively resolve issues.
- Partner with clients to identify opportunities for process standardization, harmonization, and automation
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 associates. Conduct performance reviews, career development discussions, and manage attrition
- Drive adherence to risk and compliance fram
