Job Description:
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience on facilitate ART PI Planning event and manage/optimize ART flow through the PI.
- Collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders (Product Managers / Product Owners/ Engineering Managers/ Team Coaches) to ensure strategy and execution alignment of ART deliverables in line with Business Objectives
- Review and discuss targeted Feature scope for upcoming PI against historical throughput with Product Managers.
- Work with Product Manager/Product Owner to prioritize the features to be considered in a given PI Planning cycle
- Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) Sync ups like Scrum of Scrums,



PM/PO Sync up meetings with stakeholders.
- Facilitate the ART's progress by removing impediments, managing risks, and helping the teams to improve their processes
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to ensure that the Program has a healthy Product Backlog
- Ensure ART overall performance fall between pre set parameters ,analyze any deviations to resolve them
- Demonstrate experience in managing and coordinating with large Teams/ARTs.
- Demonstrate ownership of ART and provide inputs to STE at Value Stream level.
