Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trader – Equities to join our Institutional Sales & Trading team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing institutional client relationships, executing trades with precision, and delivering actionable market insights. This role requires a blend of relationship management, market expertise,



and execution skills to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and manage institutional client relationships (Domestic MFs, HFs, AMCs, pension funds, PSU/private banks, asst managers and other large investors).
- Act as key contact delivering personalized advice and disseminating firm research, investment ideas, and market strategies.
- Provide timely market insights, trading ideas and trend updates.
- Trading
- Monitor and manage client trading activity, ensuring accurate and timely execution of orders.
- Advise clients on market liquidity, trade strategies, and optimal pricing.
- Leverage market knowledge to identify and execute profitable trading opportunities for clients.
- Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure all trading activities comply with internal risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
