Design and deploy Management Packs for monitoring applications

Monitor system performance and ensure uptime across servers and applications

Configure alerts, thresholds, and notifications for proactive issue detection

Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for monitoring alerts Integrate SCOM with other tools such as ServiceNow, SCCM, or Azure Monitor

Generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders

Automate monitoring tasks using PowerShell scripting

Support patching, upgrades, and performance tuning of SCOM environment

Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams

Strong experience in SCOM administration

Valuable knowledge of Windows Server environments

Experience in creating and tuning Management Packs

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting

Knowledge of SQL Server (for SCOM DB management)

Experience with monitoring tools and ITSM integrations (ServiceNow preferred)

Understanding of alerts, events, and performance tuning
