- SAP IS-U certification is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of SAP consulting experience with at least 4-5 years in SAP IS-U FICA.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects in utility industries.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SAP IS-U FICA.
- Configure and support SAP IS-U FICA processes including:
- Business Partner
- Contract Account Management
- Payments and Returns
- Security Deposits
- Dunning
- Collections Management
- Write-offs
- Installment Plans
- Refund Processing
- Interest Calculation
- Correspondence Management
- Disconnection and reconnection
- Integrate FICA with:
- SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing
- Device Management
- Customer Service
- General Ledger (FI)
- SAP CRM
- SAP S/4HANA Utilities
- BMD & TMD
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and collaborate with ABAP teams for custom developments.
- Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
- Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Post-Go-Live Support.
- Work with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams during implementation and support projects.
- Provide production support and resolve critical incidents within defined SLAs.
- Participate in enhancement, rollout, and transformation projects.
