What would you do? • The Creative Team Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of digital creative assets for eCommerce, CRM, Paid Media, Social and Brand.com channels. This role combines creative conceptualisation,



AI-assisted content creation, design execution, and team leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable creative solutions.

• The ideal candidate is a strong visual thinker with expertise in layout design, typography, image composition, branding, and emerging AI-powered creative workflows. They should be capable of transforming creative briefs into compelling campaign assets while mentoring designers and driving creative excellence across the team.

• Preferred Qualifications
• • Bachelors in design
• • Experience working with premium beauty, luxury, or FMCG brands.
• • Knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) platforms and template-driven production workflows.
• • Familiarity with localisation and multi-market campaign adaptations.
• • Experience implementing creative automation, AI-assisted workflows, or scalable design systems.
