- Five or more years of experience in developmental editing, UX writing, content strategy, technical writing, or digital content.
- Experience coaching writers and helping teams produce high-quality customer content.
- Excellent editing, proofreading, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of voice, tone, readability, accessibility, and inclusive writing.
- Experience creating or maintaining editorial standards and style guides.
- Experience using customer insights or content performance data to improve content decisions.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and an interest in applying them responsibly to content creation and editorial workflows.
- Experience writing or reviewing prompts for AI-assisted content creation is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital content best practices.
- Curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn current tools and ways of working.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
