About the RoleBusiness Head – HNI Broking
This role reports to Managing Director - EWPL
Job description
Candidate shall be responsible for:
- Set-up retail broking business into EWPL - Launch, manage and drive penetration of digital retail broking product
- Responsible for entire business, including revenue and profitability.




- Build the technology platform for seamless digital experience for clients and integrate with the current wealth tech platform.
- Ensure a competitive product offering differentiated by superior digital client experience.
- Responsible for team building across domains & ensure skill enhancement and team development of resources.
- Work closely with EWPL product & sales to drive broking business across the organization
- Sales & Client servicing, with objective to achieving set objectives for retail broking business of the company.
- Ensure adherence to the risk compliance and statutory / regulatory compliance policies

Role Requirement
(Qualification & Experience)
- 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management Sales/Business.
- Must be graduate and have great command over English & Regional Language
- Should have strong internal communication and coordination skills.
