Job Description:
- Testing and Measuring: Check raw items and finished goods using tools like rulers, gauges, or computers to measure size and shape.
- Accepting or Rejecting: Pass good items and pull out broken or bad products.
- Writing Reports: Write down test scores, number of flaws, and details for factory records.
- Finding Root Causes: Look for why a flaw happens on the line and help fix the tool or step.
- Keeping Tools Safe: Clean and test measuring gear to make sure it works right every day.

Duties:
- Inspect Items: Examine raw materials and finished products visually and physically for any defects.
- Measure Dimensions: Use exact tools like calipers and gauges to verify exact size specifications.
- Test Functions: Run products through standard trial operations to ensure they work correctly.
- Record Data: Log all pass/fail results, defect counts, and measurement details in reports.
- Isolate Failures: Tag and separate faulty items immediately to prevent them from shipping.
