Job Description: Salesforce Manual Tester with Copado & Automation Knowledge

Position: Salesforce QA/Test Engineer
Experience Range: 5+ to 8 Years
Hiring Location: Only Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate

Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce Manual Testing.
- Good understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience in Test Planning, Test Case Design, Test Execution, and Defect Management.
- Working knowledge or experience with Copado (CI/CD, Release Management, Deployment processes).
- Knowledge of Test Automation concepts and frameworks.
- Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Positive-to-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Tosca.
- Exposure to Salesforce Automation Testing.




- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or SOAP UI.
- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.).
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Create and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.
- Validate deployments and releases using Copado.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
- Support automation initiatives and contribute to test automation strategy.
- Identify, track, and manage defects through closure.
