Job Overview

Orbit Global HR Consultants, a leading interior recruitment and hiring agency in Gurgaon and Delhi NCR, is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team of a leading organization in the interior fit-out and construction industry.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, rate analysis, cost control and commercial management, preferably within an interior fit-out, construction, furniture or FFE setting.

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project quantities and commercial activities, including quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, rate analysis,



tender evaluation, client billing, subcontractor billing, variation management and project cost control.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities), quantity take-offs and cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
- Study architectural drawings, interior drawings, specifications, tender documents and scope of work to determine project quantities.
- Prepare rate analysis for civil, interior, furniture, flooring, ceilings, wall finishes, electrical, MEP and other fit-out works.
- Prepare and evaluate tenders, quotations and commercial proposals from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct quotation analysis and prepare commercial comparison statements.
- Prepare client RA Bills / Running Bills, measurement sheets and supporting documentation.
- Verify subcontractor and supplier bills against actual site measurements and completed work.
- Monitor project quantities and costs against
