PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly technical Engineering Manager who has progressed from a Software Developer to Technical Lead and ultimately into Engineering Management.
This role is not a traditional Project Manager or Scrum Master position.
The successful candidate will be expected to actively participate in architecture discussions, influence technical decisions, guide solution design, and lead software engineering teams in delivering high-quality products.
The Engineering Manager will serve as the technical bridge between Architects, Product Owners, Development Teams, QA, DevOps, and Senior Leadership, ensuring business objectives are translated into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
The ideal candidate combines deep software engineering expertise with strong people leadership capabilities and is comfortable challenging technical assumptions, driving technical roadmaps, and influencing architecture decisions.
