Key Responsibilities

 Support the validation and issuance of migrated purchase orders.

 Review migrated PO data for completeness and accuracy.

 Identify and resolve PO-related data issues and exceptions.

 Partner with the PO Migration Workstream Lead to execute migration activities

and address discrepancies.

 Assist with testing, validation, and reconciliation activities.

 Support cutover and post-migration stabilization efforts.

 Track and report operational issues requiring escalation.

 Document processes and support procedures as needed.

Required Qualifications

 Experience supporting procurement or purchasing operations.

 Understanding of purchase order processes and lifecycle management.

 Robust attention to detail and data validation skills.

 Experience working with ERP or procurement systems.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
