Department: Sales / Q-Commerce Operations Location: Ahmedabad Experience Required: 2–5 Years (Q-Commerce, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning) Working Closely With: Warehouse Teams, Platform Account Managers, Supply Chain, & Demand Planning Teams Remuneration: As per company standards / To be discussed based on candidate merit Job Summary We are looking for an Account Manager – Q-Commerce to drive sales and business growth across quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and others. The role will own platform management, inventory availability, demand forecasting, replenishment, and minimizing stockouts and expiry losses while working closely with warehouse, supply chain, and platform teams. Results Provide additional support in the broader sales management, commercial planning, and platform expansion processes as required by the reporting manager. ⚙️ Responsibilities Platform Operations & Performance:



Manage day-to-day operations and sales performance across Q-Commerce platforms. Listing & Dashboard Health: Monitor product listings, sales performance, active promotions, and platform dashboards. Inventory & Fill Rate Optimization: Track dark-store inventory closely to ensure a >95% fill rate and maintain Demand & Replenishment Forecasting: Prepare highly accurate demand forecasts and replenishment plans based on sales trends and inventory levels. Stock Cover Management: Maintain an optimum 21–30 days of stock cover across dark stores and fulfillment centers. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate directly with warehouse and platform fulfillment teams for timely dispatches and stock replenishment. Inventory Ageing & Expiry Mitigation: Monitor inventory ageing regularly and proactively flag 60 day expiry risks to avoid losses. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales performance and inventory data to build and share regular, actionable performance reports.
