Position Senior Interior Designer Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in interior design, preferably with robust experience in residential and/or commercial turnkey interior projects. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a highly skilled and independent Senior Interior Designer who can take complete ownership of client projects from initial consultation to final handover . Key Technical Skills — Mandatory The candidate must have excellent hands-on expertise in: SketchUp — Advanced 3D modelling and interior visualization/model development. D5 Render — High-quality photorealistic rendering, lighting, materials, camera composition, and presentation. AutoCAD — Preparing accurate and detailed 2D technical drawings, working drawings, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, electrical drawings, ceiling plans, and other construction documentation. Note: Its an added advantage if the designer has their own laptop to work on. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Interior Designer will be: Independently handling interior design projects from concept to completion .



Meeting clients and understanding their lifestyle, functional requirements, aesthetic preferences, and budget. Developing design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, space planning, and design presentations. Creating detailed 3D models in SketchUp . Producing high-quality renders and design presentations using D5 Render . Preparing accurate and detailed 2D drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD .
