Job Description:
- Robust experience with BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management (BPPM) version 9.6 and later
- Strong experience with TrueSight Operations Management, Patrol Central Administration, RT server and Patrol Agent and all Knowledge modules
- Strong experience with installation configuration and management of Patrol Agent KMs for Linux, AIX, Solaris Oracle, MQ, Websphere and other components as per requirement
- Experience in Design and implementation of integration solution for performance and event management using BPPM notification and enrichment policies for various types of customization
- Hands on knowledge on below tools:
- BMC TrueSight Operational Management 10.x
- BMC TrueSight Presentation Server
- BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management Server




- BMC TrueSight Integration Server
- Prerequisite and Installation of the components
- Implementation of E2E TrueSight Suite
- Creating and deploying Patrol Agent (Manually/Automated) via BSA
- Creating monitoring policy for different types of applications
- Configuring Thresholds
- Creating Event Enrichment Policy
- Remote Cell creation and configuration
- SSO and AD integration
- ITDA log analytics
- Creating scripts from Borland for Synthetic Monitoring
- Monitoring Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, DB2)
- BTOM integration with various tools.
