1. IT Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute a global IT strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational growth and expansion plans.
- Partner with senior leadership to position technology as a strategic business driver.
- Establish robust IT governance, policies, and operating frameworks across regions.
- Lead IT budgeting, cost optimization, and ROI-driven investment decisions.
- Build and manage a high-performing, globally distributed IT organization.
- GLOBAL EXPOSURE – Proven experience developing and executing IT strategy across multiple countries/geographies is mandatory, with the ability to operate effectively across diverse business, regulatory, and cultural environments.

2. Bid & Tender Management – Government / Government Ministry
- Lead end-to-end bid and tender management for technology-led opportunities with government departments, ministries, public-sector organizations, and other institutional clients.
- Own the bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification, RFP/RFQ/RFI analysis, solutioning, technical and commercial coordination,



compliance documentation, pricing inputs, and submission through clarification, negotiation, and award stages.
- Work closely with business, finance, legal, solution architects, delivery, cybersecurity, and procurement teams to build competitive, compliant, and commercially viable proposals.
- Develop and review technical proposals, statements of work, solution architectures, implementation approaches, service levels, risk assumptions, and governance models.
- Ensure adherence to government procurement requirements, tender conditions, eligibility criteria, security standards, data-protection obligations, and contractual commitments.
- GLOBAL EXPOSURE – Mandatory experience handling bids/tenders or institutional engagements across multiple geographies, preferably involving international government, ministry or public-sector stakeholders and differing procurement/regulatory frameworks.
