Shift Timings - UK Shift (12:30 to 10/1:30 to 11 PM IST)

Qualification - CA OR ACCA is a must

Experience - Min 5+ years in UK region into Finance role.

Position Overview – Finance Controller

The Finance Controller is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end financial management and control of the business, ensuring accurate reporting, solid governance, and effective financial planning. The role provides leadership across cash management, budgeting and forecasting, operational finance, month-end accounting, and statutory compliance while partnering with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. As a key member of the finance team, the Finance Controller drives financial discipline, process improvements, and operational excellence to support business growth and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting




- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles across the business.
- Partner with operational and senior stakeholders to develop accurate budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling and performance analysis.

Financial Reporting & Management Accounting
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage month-end close activities, including journal postings, reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and financial analysis.
- Provide meaningful financial insights and commentary to management on business performance.
- Maintain the integrity of financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
