We are seeking a highly skilled VMware Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for the deployment, administration, optimization, and support of VMware virtual infrastructure, covering both compute (vSphere/ESXi) and storage platforms (SAN and vSAN).

- 10+ years of experience managing enterprise VMware environments
/n
- Solid expertise in VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter)
/n
- Strong experience with SAN storage technologies (FC/iSCSI/NFS) and vSAN
/n
- Hands‐on knowledge of HA, DRS, vMotion, VMFS, Datastore design, Storage multipathing and latency troubleshooting
/n
- Backup, recovery, and DR fundamentals
/n
- Documentation and operational excellence
